1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MagicConvert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

MagicConvert provides online file conversion services including but not limited to document, image, video, audio, archive, and eBook conversions.

3. User Accounts

  • You may use basic conversion features without an account
  • Registered users get access to conversion history and additional features
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate account information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload files containing malware, viruses, or illegal content
  • Circumvent file size limits or rate limiting
  • Use the service for bulk automated processing without an API subscription
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise our infrastructure
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

5. File Processing

  • Uploaded files are processed temporarily and deleted within 2-24 hours
  • We do not claim ownership of any uploaded content
  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload
  • We reserve the right to refuse processing of any file

6. Premium Subscriptions

  • Premium features require an active paid subscription
  • Billing is recurring on a monthly or yearly basis
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase

7. API Usage

  • API access requires a valid API key and an active subscription
  • API requests are subject to rate limits based on your plan
  • Abuse of the API may result in key revocation

8. Limitation of Liability

MagicConvert is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, conversion errors, or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
